Modu T, lightest smartphone in the world weighing just 60 grams, is all set to hit the Indian market, taking advantage of the current season of diwali celebration.

Micromax sells mobile phones as part of a package containing two “jackets”. The smartphone is priced at Rs 12500 (282 dollars).

Modu T is a 3.5-generation 2.2-inch touch screen smartphone with Qualcomm Brew operating system and a variety of Java-based applications, such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Google search, Snaptu, Flickr, and media player, TuneWiki.

Weighing only 60 grams and measures 7.5 cm, Modu T is considered the lightest smartphone in the world.
